There are a number of kiosks, buses, and centers where tourists and foreign residents can go for information on attractions and events, pick up brochures and ask questions.


Opening hours are from 9:00 - 22:00.

When you call to ask for an English speaker, most centers should have one.



People wearing red vests are located in the main areas of Seoul and can provide information on the spot on how to get to certain places or even where to eat. They have information in at least four foreign languages.

To provide tourists with a wide range of useful information about Korean tourism and experience programs, the Korean Tourism Organization (KTO) operates a tourist information center with its main branch on the second floor of the K-Style Hub at the KTO office in Seoul.


Tourist information on various topics is provided, such as medical tourism, Hallyu, and more. In addition, a VR (virtual reality) experience area, a café, and other subsidiary facilities are offered. In particular, a personalized visitor consultation is available at the Tourist Medical Information Center, and the VR experience area offers visitors a virtual journey to famous tourist attractions.


The Korean Tourism Organization currently operates five tourist information centers and two medical tourist information centers in major locations across the country, including K-Style Hub, Incheon International Airport, and Jeju Jungmun Resort.

How to get there:

How to get to (instructions) KTO (Korea tourism organization) Tourist Information Center (ICT) and Medical Tourist Information Center

  • Jonggak (종각 역) Station (Subway Line 1), Exit No. 5 Go straight for 3 minutes and cross over Cheonggyecheon (청계천) Stream. After you cross, turn right down the street that runs parallel to Cheonggycheon (청계천). The KTO building is the second building on your left.

* You will see a statue of the blue and red KTO logo out front.

  • Euljiro 1-ga (을지로 1-가 역) Station (Subway Line 2), Exit No. 2 Go straight for 5 minutes (approximately 2 or 3 blocks). Turn left down the last side street before Cheonggycheon (청계천). The KTO building is the second building on the left.

* You will see a statue of the blue and red KTO logo out front.

  • Gwanghwamun (광화문 역) Station (Subway Line 5), Exit No. 5 Go straight until you cross the Cheonggyecheon (청계천) Stream Turn left down the road running parallel to the stream (Cheonggyecheon-ro (청계천로)). Go straight for approximately 6 minutes, until you see the KTO building on the right.

* You will see the red and blue KTO logo out front. ** If you reach Gwanggyo (광교) 4-way Intersection, you’ve gone too far.
