The Free Hangang Haechi Car is Back! ♡ 🚎✨
The Hangang Haechi Car (한강 무료버스 해치카), featuring adorable Haechi designs and breathtaking views of the Han River, will be back on the road starting April 2025 with an exciting new course! 🌊💙
This special transportation lets you travel along the scenic but hard-to-reach roads right next to Hangang Park, making your trip even more convenient and enjoyable.

The Hangang Haechi Car is a circular Ferris wheel-style ride decorated with Haechi and Seoul Friends, the iconic characters of Seoul.
This unique attraction began its pilot operation on April 26, 2024, running around Dongjak Station and Banpo Jamwon Hangang Park.
The Hangang Haechi Car was introduced to assist citizens with transportation while also enhancing tourism content along the Han River. 🚎✨
🚗 Fleet: A total of five Haechi Cars are in operation, with two additional vehicles in reserve.
👥 Capacity: Each vehicle can accommodate up to 10 passengers.
🚶♂️ Speed: Travels at a leisurely 10 to 15 km/h, perfect for enjoying the scenery.
📏 Distance: The full round-trip route covers approximately 7.3 km.
🕑 Operating Hours:✅ Weekdays: 14:00 - 20:00✅ Weekends & Public Holidays: 11:00 - 20:00
The purpose of the Hangang Haechi Car is to offer convenient transportation for visitors to Hangang Park while also enhancing tourism experiences within the park.
We are highlighting the Hangang Haechi Car as a great way to enjoy the refreshing Han River breeze during the hot summer.
The bus is air-conditioned, equipped with monitors, and includes space for wheelchairs and strollers. A major advantage of the Haechi Car is that it is currently free to ride, though a paid service is being considered for the future.

1️⃣ Dongjak Station Boarding Area & Gift Shop📍 Located at the circular rest area under the stairs of the overpass leading to Hangang Park from Exit 2 of Dongjak Station.🏠 Address: 326-1, Dongjak-dong, Dongjak-gu
2️⃣ Seoraeseong Stop📍 Located between Dongjak Station and Sebitseom Island. Check the departure direction before boarding when moving to other sections.🏠 Address: 1335-1, Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu
3️⃣ Sevit Island Stop📍 Near Sevit Island (Yebit Island) at the southern end of Banpo Bridge (Submerged Bridge).🏠 Address: 115-5, Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu
4️⃣ Seoul Wave Art Center Stop (Final Stop)📍 Located at the Pagora in front of Seoul Wave Art Center, serving as the last stop of the circular route.🏠 Address: 121, Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu
Starting in 2025, the Hangang Haechi Car will introduce a new route at Nanji Hangang Park! 🚎✨
The Nanji Hangang Park Course is set to launch in April 2025 and will follow this circular route:📍 Mangwon IC → Water Sports Center → Water Park → Youth Plaza → Nanji Camping Site
